Booking process
Booking your hotel with VoyagerPath.com you should know the following:
Step 1: Choosing Destination
There are several different ways to find your destination and your hotel:
- You can choose from the most popular destinations matching one of them, or
- You can enter the name of country or just city needed;
- You can choose your destination right on the map below the check-in field
Our system will automatically scan and correct all possible spelling versions or suggest alternate country, city or hotel name.
Step 2: Choose your Check-in/Check-out time.
Step 3: Specify Person Number, notifying Child number if any and Child age.
Step 4: Match Room Number.
Step 5: Choose your currency, if necessary.
Step 6: If you wish to narrow your hotel search, choose Additional Options to enter the amenities preferred, and VoyagerPath.com will search for a special hotel upon your request.
Step 7: Click on the “Start Search” button
You will see the list of hotels or your chosen hotel for requested city or country. Here you can choose proper hotel to stay at. To read more information concerning the hotel selected you can see the “More lodging info” link. There you will find all possible info regarding hotel facilities and room facilities, hotel maps and pictures.
Step 8: Book the hotel selected
One click on the “Book Now” button will open a booking form you need to complete entering your First and Last name. You will also be given the registration form. All personal information we collect here will remain confidential (see Privacy Policy ).
You will also be offered to enter your credit card information.
If you are a new Customer, please, fill in all your personal data.
When you are finished with the form, please, push the “Check my credit card” button.
If your billing information is correct, you will see the note opening the next page: “Payment complete”.
Now your booking process is finished.
When the process of your hotel reservation is over and your booking is in status "Awaiting confirmation".
Thus you will get your Personal Account.
In purposes of credit card security of our Customers all our Customers must enter their credit card information in process of creating each perticular booking
VoyagerPath.com do not collect the following Personal information:
- Cardholder’s Name
- Credit Card Number
- Credit Card Type
- Credit Card Expiration Date
- Credit card Verification Number
When you get registered, VoyagerPath.com will automatically send you a confirmation of your registration via E-mail.
If you are already a registered Customer, you will need to enter your Login and Password to get to your Personal Account. Please note, your E-mail is your Login.
Step 9: Personal Account. Booking finished.
Having made your reservation you finally entered your Personal Account.
Your booking automatically gets a Booking ID). This is made by VoyagerPath.com to simplify your communication with VoyagerPath.com Customer Care if you have any queries. Please, with every your reference to VoyagerPath.com Customer Care provide your BOOKING #. Thank you in advance.Step 10: Payment complete. Awaiting hotel confirmation.
After getting the notification of your payment being complete you will get an auto-response to the E-mail you have provided while registering with VoyagerPath.com. This notification will state your successful authorisation for payment made with VoyagerPath.com and inform you of the current status of your booking. The first status due to appear in your E-mail must be Pending Confirmation.
With reference to our Terms & Conditions you can wait for the hotel requested to confirm up to 72 hours due to tome zones.
If the hotel is neither Confirmed, nor Rejected, and the stated 72 hours are up, Voyagerpath.com Customer Care Assistant will have to cancel your reservation with obligatory prior notice to you. Please note, 72 hours are maximal time period to wait for hotel response.
Step 11: The hotel is confirmed. Printing the Voucher.
You will be notified twice by VoyagerPath.com Customer Care of your hotel confirmation:
- You will see the status of your booking as Confirmed in your Personal Folder;
- You will receive an E-mail from VoyagerPath.com asking you to go to your Personal Folder to print the Voucher.
After that you should print your Voucher from the Personal folder.
If due to some reasons you failed to obtain your voucher, please do not hesitate to contact VoyagerPath.com – we will send your voucher to the E-mail you appointed in your booking enquiry.
Step 12: Refund in case of hotel non-confirmation.
Should your booking not be confirmed with the hotel you will get an E-mail of reject and/or alternative hotel(s) if any. The payment in this case shall be returned back to your credit card.
Should you also like to cancel your reservation with VoyagerPath.com, your money will be refunded in full to your credit card within 3 (three) banking days. Please note, however, that any Cancellation may be subject to our Cancellation Policy.
What you can expect:
- Given that you entered a valid E-mail address, you will receive a quick answer. However, due to different time zones and weekends, this can be delay by up to 24-48 hours in some cases.
- Please note, room availability may change daily, especially during peak seasons.
- Never send credit card details by E-mail or from unsecured websites!
- Please, read carefully all messages you get from VoyagerPath.com.
- If you have to cancel a reservation, please do it as early as possible through VoyagerPath.com via E-mail.
- Should you have any reasons not to show up at the hotel requested, you will be liable for charges of 100% or the full cost of one night at the hotel requested.
