What happens when I make a reservation?
Entering your credit card information and hitting the submit button will result in a new screen showing a confirmation or reference number which should be used for any further correspondence with the travel reservation center. Additionally, all reservations will be followed up with an email using the same confirmation or reference number. Please make sure that you only hit the submit button once as hitting it more than once may result in multiple bookings or reservation errors. Back to top
How do I observe my reservations with VoyagerPath.com?
To see your current or previous reservation you should enter your Personal Folder and click the "My bookings" link. There you will find all bookings made by you.
You will also find all cancelled bookings there.
If the number of bookings exceeds 10, your previous bookings will be automatically archived. Back to top
What if I forgot my password?
In case you forgot your password please click on the "Forgot your password?" link at Personal Folder login page and follow the instructions. Back to top
What if I cannot get to my Personal Folder?
If due to some reasons you have problems with entering your Personal Folder, it means that either your E-mail address or your Password was entered incorrect while registering on VoyagerPath.com. Try to retrieve your data and in case of your failure please do not hesitate to contact us. Back to top
How can I check my Booking Status?
To check your BOOKING STATUS you need to enter your Personal Folder and hit the "My bookings" button. There you will find all given to VoyagerPath.com information concerning your current and previous bookings. Back to top
Do I need to contact VoyagerPath.com to get my reservation confirmed?
VoyagerPath.com will E-mail you once your reservation is confirmed. You should bear in mind that with reference to time zones it might take VoyagerPath.com some time to confirm your booking.
If you are unable to get E-mail, you should enter your Personal Folder, click on the "My bookings" button and see your current BOOKING STATUS. Back to top
How long will it take VoyagerPath.com to confirm my reservation?
The rapidity of hotel confirmation depends on several reasons: HOTEL_AVAILABILITY (when making your booking with VoyagerPath.com you can see whether hotel chosen is available or on request);
Time zone differences;
Incorrect password or E-mail spelling of the Customer when registering on VoyagerPath.com.
HOTEL AVAILABILITY:
In process of your choosing hotel on VoyagerPath.com you can see whether there is space available or not.
In case there is space available at the hotel chosen you will see the status "Available" below the hotel description and you can get your booking confirmed immediately with reference to time differences.
When you have chosen hotel with status "On Request" your confirmation will take the same 24-72 hours. It can be either confirmed or rejected. Upon your wish you can be offered an alternative hotel.
In case the hotel is On Request, we sincerely advise you to book your room in advance. Back to top
What shall I do if I need to change or cancel my booking?
If you need to cancel your reservation, please, enter your Personal Folder, go to "My bookings" and choose the "Cancel this booking" button according to the reservation you choose to cancel.
You should bear in mind that you cannot Cancel your bookings when:
After the check-out date, if you had already lived at the hotel. In this case you will get back a note stating "Cancel denied";
Your Cancel request is late and CANCELLATION DEADLINES have already come into force;
When the hotel states the fact that you hadn't shown up at the hotel (NO SHOW). In this case you will be liable for charge equal to one night stay at the hotel requested.
NOTE: If in this case CANCELLATION DEADLINES had already taken effect you will be liable for full charge.
In case you need to change your booking, please, cancel your previous booking through your Personal Folder and make a new one. Back to top
What are cancellation policies? Will my credit card be charged if I do not cancel my reservations?
Cancellation policies vary from hotel to hotel but are implemented by hotels to avoid holding a room available for a guest who will not use it. If you do not cancel your reservation within the allotted cancellation period, the hotel will charge a penalty (usually 1 night room and tax) to the credit card given to reserve the room.
Please be sure to review the cancellation policy for your hotel carefully during the booking process. If you have questions about the cancellation policy for your particular hotel reservation, please contact our customer care center for assistance.

My cancellation policy reads “Cancel 24 hours prior to arrival”, and I plan on checking in at 11PM. Can I cancel my reservation by 11PM on the day before my arrival?
Cancellation policies are related to the hotel check in time, not your projected arrival time. If your hotel cancel policy lists a 24, 48 or 72 hour cancellation policy it means you must cancel by 4PM local hotel time of the date in question. Back to top
How can I choose a correct room type?
While choosing your room type, you can see the following room categories:
SGL - Single room (sleeps 1). Usually a room suitable for one person with one single bed for one.
DBL - Double room (sleeps 2). Usually a room suitable for two persons with 1 double bed.
TWN - Twin room (sleeps 2). A room for two persons containing 2 separate beds. Both beds are standard sized for one. TWN room for sole use (sleeps 1). Contains two single beds or one double bed, to be occupied by one person.
TRPL - Triple room (sleeps 3). Contains either three single beds, a double bed and one single bed, or 2 double beds in a room. Please note that many hotels do not have one full size bed for each guest in their triple rooms and one of the beds provided may be a rollaway or pullout.
QUAD - Quadruple room (sleeps 4). Contains either two double beds, one double plus two single beds or four single beds in a room.
Twin/Double + child (sleeps 3). Contains two beds with an extra bed suitable for a child, two double beds, which can sleep two adults and one child, or occasionally one double bed. Extra bed is only provided by hotel in DBL and TWN rooms.
No Extra bed in SGL room is possible.Back to top
What if there are more than 2 adults in the room?
Most hotels allow additional guests to stay in the rooms at a charge (usually about $10-$20 per extra person per night) provided the bedding in the room can accommodate extra persons. Most hotels do have a limit on how many people may stay in a room type so please make sure that the room you are viewing can accommodate your party before confirming your reservation. If you book a room that cannot accommodate your party size the hotel may cancel your reservation or require that you book additional rooms. Please note that VoyagerPath.com will not be responsible if you book a room type that cannot accommodate your party size. Back to top
I entered more than 2 adults. How come there are only double rooms showing available?
The site will show current room availability at the selected hotel. If the room types displayed do not match your request it is because the hotel does not have availability for that room type. Our system does not have the ability to pre-select the room type based on the number of travelers so you must make sure that the room you are reserving can accommodate your party before confirming. If you book a room that cannot accommodate your party size the hotel may cancel the reservation or require that you book additional rooms. Please note that VoyagerPath.com will not be responsible if you book a room type that cannot accommodate your party size. Back to top
Are rollaway beds available?
Most hotels offer rollaway beds and cots for an additional charge (usually $5-$10 per night). Some may have restrictions on what room types will allow rollaway beds. Please include your request in the request section of the reservation page. Back to top
What are the minimum age requirements?
Please be aware that some hotels may have minimum age restrictions or requirements when reserving a room. For example, some hotels with casinos may require you to be 21 years of age to check into a room or may claim presence of an adult with you. Please contact us or the hotel directly. Back to top
What is the hotel check in time?

Will the hotel hold my room if I am arriving late?
Because your reservation is guaranteed with a credit card the hotel is obligated to hold your room until 7am the day after arrival. Back to top
What if I need early arrival?
Early arrival is a request that you should notify in the request section of the reservations page. As with any request we will submit your request to the hotel and the hotel staff will do their best to accommodate these requests, however we cannot guarantee that your requests will be granted because they are subject to availability upon arrival. What about a shuttle bus?
Unfortunately, in most cases we do not provide any information concerning shuttle buses or any other kinds of transfers to the hotels. We recommend you to contact the hotel directly. Back to top
Is there any other way to pay for reservation except providing credit card online?
As our system is purely virtual, the only way to pay for your order is paying by credit card. This way of payment is standard for all online booking services. Back to top
Will my credit card be charged when I book my reservation?
No matter how long it takes to confirm your reservation, VoyagerPath.com will charge your credit card strictly upon hotel confirmation. This is also stated in VoyagerPath.com’s Terms and Conditions. We guarantee that no charges will be caused to your credit card under any occasion should the hotel be not confirmed or rejected. However upon your wish we can always offer you an alternative hotel to book, which will not be charged for before confirmation either. Back to top
What about GROUP BOOKINGS?
No group bookings are possible with VoyagerPath.com. With reference to our Terms and Conditions you can book rooms for not more than 9 persons at a time. If booked for person quantity exceeding 9 persons, your reservation may be rejected or cancelled upon the Hotel’s or VoyagerPath.com’s intention with prior written notice to you. Back to top
What if the hotel says the rate is not correct?
In case the hotel is telling you that your rate is higher than you are confirmed with VoyagerPath.com, please check any extra person charge notations on your confirmation: most times this will explain the rate difference. If you do not have extra persons please contact us for additional assistance. Back to top
How can I obtain a receipt for my hotel room?
Please note, your voucher is your receipt. Please retain a copy of your voucher for your records. If you need an additional copy of your voucher you can go to your Personal Folder and print your voucher once more, or please contact us: we can re-send the voucher via the E-mail provided by you with your personal information on the website or via other E-mail you notify in your request.
