BOOKING

Booking is reservation of room for certain dates.
Booking with VoyagerPath.com means online hotel reservation and easy accomodation at any hotel represented on the website.
BOOKING through VoyagerPath.com INCLUDES:

  • room reservation;
  • room services stated by each particular hotel in the list of HOTEL FACILITIES;
  • buffet offered by the hotel requested;
  • VAT;
  • 18% discount if booked for more than 2 months prior to check-in.
BOOKING through VoyagerPath.com DOES NOT INCLUDE:
  • visa support;
  • any TAXES paid directly to the hotel;
  • any and all EXTRA CHARGES paid directly to the hotel;
  • transport to the hotel and back;
  • flight cost.

 

BOOKING ID

When making a reservation with VoyagerPath.com, you get your personal Booking number (Booking ID). This is necessary to make your communication with VoyagerPath.com Support easier in case our Customers have any questions. Please, provide your Booking ID each time you contact VoyagerPath.com Support for faster assistance.

BOOKING STATUS:

Means the current state of a made booking with Voyagerpath.com.

There can be several possible booking statuses in process of making and confirming a reservation with VoyagerPath.com:

  • Pending Confirmation (when a Customer made a booking and is awaiting confirmation from the hotel requested. With reference to our Terms and Conditions hotel confirmation may take up to 72 hours due to time zones). While the booking is in status Pending Confirmation, no money are charged from the credit card of the Customer. The money is just reserved by the bank, guiding that particular credit card for the planned booking to charge the full sum when the hotel is confirmed only;
  • Confirmed (when the booking status says the hotel is confirmed, the system will automatically charge the full sum of payment from the credit card of the Customer and send him an E-mail informing of hotel confirmation and asking to print the Voucher from the Personal Folder);
  • Rejected (means that the hotel requested cannot be confirmed. In this case you can be offered an alternative hotel (or several possible alternative hotels) in the same city and of the same category and approximately for the same price. Our Customer Care Assistant will E-mail you as soon as your booking is rejected and offer you an alternative hotel. If you were offered several alternative hotels, and for some reasons you cannot wait for maximum 72 hours for confirmation of each of them one by one, you are free to book several hotels at once priorly informing our Customer Care Assistant to cancel all reservations when any of hotels reserved is confirmed. You can also cancel all unnecessary reservations yourself. When you have your reservation cancelled, the status of your booking(s) will change accordingly);
  • Cancelled (means that you have cancelled your reservation yourself, or our Customer Care Assistant had to do that due to unforeseen circumstances.

 

CANCELLATION

You can make a Cancel request by clicking on the “Cancel this booking” button which can be found in your Personal Folder. Each booking is cancelled individually. A booking item that has been rejected back to you doesn’t need to be cancelled.

When your booking is cancelled, you will get a message from VoyagerPath.com with necessary details of your cancellations if any or simple information that your booking has been cancelled.

In some cases cancellation is impossible. This happens when:

  • Upon your check-out from the hotel requested. In this case you will be unable to cancel the booking;
  • your Cancel request is late and CANCELLATION DEADLINES have already come into force;
  • when the hotel states the fact that you hadn’t shown up at the hotel (NO SHOW). In this case you will be liable for charge equal to 1 night stay at the hotel requested.
    Note: If in this case CANCELLATION DEADLINES had already taken effect you will be liable for full charge.

CANCELLATION DEADLINES

Bookings at certain hotels may carry in remarks a different Cancellation deadline which you must adhere to or be liable for charges.

In some hotels it can be announced as a certain date if you book your hotel long before your actual arrival.

Some hotels hold their Cancellation deadlines as 3, 4, 8 days prior to arrival in any case, not depending on the date of actual booking.

These deadlines are held for the reason of peak periods, various at each hotel.

Should you like to make Cancel request when Cancellation deadlines have already made effective, full charges shall be obligatory.

Note: Even if there are no Cancellation deadlines your booking cannot be cancelled 1 day prior to your arrival at the hotel or on the very day of your arrival at the hotel. Should you prefer to cancel your booking on the day of your arrival or 1 day before your arrival, you will be liable for a charge equal to 1 night stay at the hotel booked.

CANCELLATION FEE

It is a sum of money equal to 1 night at the hotel due to late Cancel request or NO SHOW, or full charges which you are liable for in case you get into CANCELLATION DEADLINES period.

CHECK-IN

Arrival and registration at a hotel.

CHECK-OUT

Time by which one has to pay his bill and leave, time at which a room must be vacated.

EARLY BOOKING

The earlier you make your booking the less you pay for it! Having booked your hotel for more than 2 months prior to check-in, automatic 18% discount will be included in the cost of your stay.

So, we sincerely advise you to book your hotel beforehands.

EXTRA BED:

Additional bed provided by a hotel for more than planned quantity of persons in the room. Extra bed may be included into the full cost or provided surcharge by a hotel and paid over directly, not depending on service or any terms and conditions of VoyagerPath.com.

Please note, extra bed is only provided in Double and Twin rooms. No Extra bed in SGL room is possible.

EXTRA CHARGES

These are any without limitation Extra costs stated by each particular Hotel. They may be charged for obligatory additional room services (e.g. final cleaning, in-room cable TV, in-room safe, extra bed, cot etc.), obligatory additional hotel services (e.g. New Year Gala-dinner or any other celebration parties), non-obligatory hotel services (e.g. baby-sitting, excursions, guides and instructors, parking etc.) and taxes charged by the hotel directly excluding VAT.

GROUP BOOKING:

Is a booking for groups of people starting from 9 persons. With reference to Voyager-Path.com Terms & Conditions you can book 9 SGL rooms at the same hotel at once, but the 10th SGL room will not be accepted by our system as it will mean group booking.

HOTEL AVAILABILITY:

Customers of VoyagerPath.com may see if the hotel they choose is available or not right at the moment of booking it.

In case there the room you choose is available for selected dates, you will see the status "Instant Confirmation" below the hotel description and you can get your booking confirmed immediately with reference to time differences.

If the system states chosen hotel as "On Request" your confirmation may take 24-72 hours. It can be either confirmed or rejected. Upon your wish you can be offered an alternative hotel.

It is highly recommended to select the hotel where Instant Confirmation is stated. Hotel On Request should be booked in advance as its confirmation might take up to 72 hours and finally be rejected.
Booking of several hotels On Request at a time is also possible, but please, do not forget to cancel unnecessary bookings if one hotel is confirmed.

HOTEL FACILITIES

Hotel facilities are services offered by the hotel, different according to stardom of each particular hotel. Hotel facilities usually include but are not limited to:

  • reception work of the hotel;
  • bars and restaurants of the hotel;
  • meals during the day;
  • conference-hall capacity if there is any conference-hall in the hotel;
  • car parking;
  • indor shops and boutiques etc.

 

HOTEL RATING (STAR RATING):

Star Ratings are used on Voyagerpath.com as indicators of the overall quality standards, service levels and range of facilities offered by hotels. These ratings are categorized into five standard levels as outlined below which will give you a general understanding of what can typically be expected within each category of star ratings. However these descriptions are a generalization of all hotels on a worldwide basis and should only be referred to for informational purposes only. VoyagerPath.com can not guarantee any kind of services or level of quality offered by hotels (to learn more about our warranties and obligations, please inspect our Terms & Conditions). It should also be noted that some countries do not use star ratings under official categorization of hotels.

1 Star - The majority of hotels will be small, independently owned properties. The facilities are often seen to be very limited and rooms often do not have private facilities or are equipped with shower only. Most hotels have breakfast room only.

2 Star - The sizes of hotels vary from small to medium. The majority of hotels offer minimum range of services however some hotels will have wider range of facilities such as a restaurant. There are still many hotels that offer rooms with shower only.

3 Star - The hotels will offer more extensive level of service and facilities. Reception and public areas tend to be more spacious in this category of hotels. There are more rooms that are equipped with bath or both bath and shower. Some hotels will also offer room service.

4 Star - There should be a noticeable difference in the services and facilities offered by the hotels of this category. Bedrooms tend to be more spacious and furnished with higher degree of quality, decor and facilities. There are also services such as a concierge, 24-hour room service, laundry and dry cleaning available.

5 Star - The properties in this category of hotels offer and extensive and high level of services and comfort expected. They tend to provide more luxurious accommodation and flawless attention to the guest's requirements. Some of the renowned famous hotels can be found in this category.

NO SHOW:

Customer’s not arriving at the hotel will make subject to a fee in accordance with the specific destination. In this case you will be charged of one night stay room rate with or without taxes as specified in your Voucher.

Should CANCELLATION DEADLINES be in force within this period of time, full charges will be held and no refund shall be made to the Customer’s credit card by Vpyager-Path.com. The same concerns to minimal stay and/or peak period for the particular hotel destination.

PAYMENT:

On VoyagerPath.com Credit card is the only possible way of payment. We use the following types of credit cards:

  • Visa;
  • Mastercard;
  • Diners Club;
  • JCBCard.

 

VoyagerPath.com guarantee that all Credit card information you enter will remain purely confidential and by no means will it be given or sold to any third parties. To learn more, please, see our Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions.

PERSONAL ACCOUNT

Personal account contains all information concerning your current or recent and last bookings through VoyagerPath.com.

It includes not only full data of your booking, but also gives you all information about your transaction and account. Besides you can easily change your billing information.

It is understood that all information provided by you is purely confidential and secure.

To enter your Personal folder you should use your E-mail and Password.

RACK RATE:

Is the rate published by a hotel which is the maximum it will charge for any room.

ROOM TYPES:

While choosing your room type, you can see the following room categories:

SGL - Single room (sleeps 1). Usually a room suitable for one person with one single bed for one. DBL - Double room (sleeps 2).Usually a room suitable for two persons with 1 double bed. TWN - Twin room (sleeps 2).A room for two persons containing 2 separate beds. Both beds are standard sized for one.TWN room for sole use (sleeps 1). Contains two single beds or one double bed, to be occupied by one person.TRPL - Triple room (sleeps 3).Contains either three single beds, a double bed and one single bed, or 2 double beds in a room. Please note that many hotels do not have one full size bed for each guest in their triple rooms and one of the beds provided may be a rollaway or pullout.QUAD - Quadruple room (sleeps 4).Contains either two double beds, one double plus two single beds or four single beds in a room.Twin/Double + child (sleeps 3).Contains two beds with an extra bed suitable for a child, two double beds, which can sleep two adults and one child, or occasionally one double bed.Extra bedIs only provided by hotel in DBL and TWN rooms. No Extra bed in a SGL room is possible.

 

STAR RATING: see HOTEL RATING

TAXES

Hotel prices represented on VoyagerPath.com include VAT and mostly all taxes. However, in some hotels there are local taxes paid directly. Local hotel taxes may apply to sleeping rooms costing, to buffets and to hotel transport and are usually per person per day. VoyagerPath.com cannot be held responsible for any and all kinds of such taxes. To know more, please, read our Terms & Conditions.

VOUCHER

Voucher is a printable document needed to be shown when checking in at the hotel requested.

If your browser has a print facility you will be able to print your own Vouchers. Vouchers need to be printed separately for each booking item.

Please note, the Voucher button will not show until your booking is confirmed by VoyagerPath.com.

Should you fail to enter your folder to print your Voucher, please Contact us. Our team will ask you to send your personal information, and if it is all correct, your Voucher will be sent to E-mail you provided while making your current booking.
