This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Customer and VoyagerPath.com in respect of this website use.

All information on this website, including, without limitations, text, graphics, software, photos and other materials, including HTML, XML, CGL and all other codes and scripts in any format used by VoyagerPath.com are the property of VoyagerPath.com and its Licensors. Customers of VoyagerPath.com are not granted of any rights to any content or other materials placed or accessible on VoyagerPath.com.

Grant of rights

VoyagerPath.com hereby grant to you a non-exclusive, limited, non-transferable and revocable license to view, print and download content from this website solely for your personal and noncommercial use only for purposes of enabling you to purchase products or services offered by VoyagerPath.com.

Liability Disclaimer

All materials represented on VoyagerPath.com, including the content, photographs, hotel descriptions and maps may contain inaccuracies or misprints. VoyagerPath.com may amend, add or remove information from the website without prior notification to Customers.

Services and products made available on VoyagerPath.com are subject to conditions imposed by the product suppliers (Hotels and Vendors), including but not limited to rates, room types and all possible arrangements.

This website may have bugs, errors and other limitations for which you agree to hold VoyagerPath.com and its Partners harmless.

The product suppliers (Hotels and Vendors) are not VoyagerPath.com’s agents or employees, but independent contractors.

In no event shall VoyagerPath.com or its product suppliers, vendors or employees be liable for any errors, omissions, representations, warranties, breaches or negligence or for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, consequential damages, including, without limitation, personal injuries, death, property damage or other damages or expenses arising from use of VoyagerPath.com or with any delay or inability to use this website, or for any information, products, services or software obtained through VoyagerPath.com, even if a party has been advised of the possibility of such damages. From time to time, access to VoyagerPath.com can be suspended without prior notice. You agree that neither VoyagerPath.com nor its product suppliers will have any liability and will not be obliged to make any refunds and shall otherwise not be responsible in the event of any delay, cancellation, overbooking, misquoted rates, strike, acts of Nature, security breach, false transmissions, pranks, hoaxes, technological failure that neither cause beyond VoyagerPath.com’s or its Partners’ control, and further that neither VoyagerPath nor its Partners shall bear responsibility for any additional expense, omissions, delays, re-routing or act of any government and authority.

Access restriction/ Termination

By using VoyagerPath.com you agree that you will not use the website for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by this User Agreement.

You may only use this website to make legitimate requests to book products and services offered and may not use VoyagerPath.com to make any speculative, false or fraudulent requests.

You represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and posses the legal authority to enter into this Customer Agreement.

Otherwise VoyagerPath.com reserves the right to terminate your access to VoyagerPath.com without prior notice to the Customer.

Terms of service

Customers’ credit cards will be charged the full amount for a hotel reservation including all taxes and applicable service fees at the time of booking. Reservations may be changed or cancelled anytime within the appropriate hotel’s cancellation policy period at a charge indicated on VoyagerPath.com. Upon arrival and check in at a hotel, Customers are responsible for the entire period of stay. No refunds or credits will be issued for any nights reserved but not consumed. Late CANCELLATIONS or CANCELLATIONS made after the hotel cancel policy period has lapsed or NO SHOW will be charged according to the hotel’s cancellation policy (although the cancellation charge usually equals one night’s room rate plus tax, you should look for the specific hotel’s policies for the exact charges that you may incur). The Customer’s Agreement shall not be valid until the Customer has his VOUCHER printed and shown to the appropriate hotel at the time of your check in.

Room Policy

The specific room type including bed type, number of beds in the room, desired floor, smoking preferences and other information regarding the specific accommodation cannot be guaranteed by the hotel, however the hotel will try at all times to meet particular requests of each Customer of VoyagerPath.com. As hotels constantly renovate and change their decor, the pictures of the rooms may differ from the actual room performed on the picture.

Hotel Policies

Star ratings of hotels, listed on VoyagerPath.com may differ according to the country where the hotel is located and are not responsibility or control of VoyagerPath.com. Therefore VoyagerPath.com cannot be held responsible for any and all misconceptions in respect of hotel stardom.

The price shown above DOES NOT include any applicable hotel service fees, charges for optional incidentals (such as minibar snacks or telephone calls), or regulatory surcharges. The lodging will assess these fees, charges, and surcharges upon check-out.

VoyagerPath doesn’t incur liability for hotel room photos advertised on VoyagerPath.com. All hotel room photos are only a depiction of the type of rooms and may not represent the actual room described.

Hotel Prices

All prices are stated on VoyagerPath.com on per room per night basis and include VAT unless otherwise specified.

All hotel prices and discounts advertised on VoyagerPath.com are based on discounts from the full “Rack Rate” and include VAT unless other specified. However, some hotels in other countries may also charge local or other taxes, which may not be stated in the offer.

All hotel prices may be subject to currency fluctuations.

Making any booking request the Customer becomes directly responsible for any request submitted, including related fees, charges and performance obligations.

VOUCHER

A printed VOUCHER must be presented by all Customers of VoyagerPath.com to the applicable hotel when checking in. Having your reservation confirmed with VoyagerPath.com, you should go to your PERSONAL FOLDER and print the VOUCHER mentioned herein.

VOUCHER is a document to confirm the hotel accommodation. It must be shown to the front desk manager of the particular hotel upon your arrival to avoid any possible misunderstandings with the hotel.

NO SHOW

Customer’s not arriving at the hotel will make subject to a fee in accordance with the specific destination. In this case you will be charged of one night stay room rate with or without taxes as specified in your Voucher.

Should CANCELLATION DEADLINES be in force within this period of time, full charges will be held and no refund shall be made to the Customer’s credit card by Vpyager-Path.com. The same concerns to minimal stay and/or peak period for the particular hotel destination.

Group Bookings

No GROUP BOOKING Services are provided by VoyagerPath.com.

Customer Consent

By disclosing all personal data to VoyagerPath.com through the website or over the telephone you irrevocably agree to the collection, storage and processing of your personal information by VoyagerPath to Service Suppliers (e.g. Hotels) and Banking Services.

Visa and Passport

Our Customers are responsible for any Visa or Passport requirements and failure to obtain the relevant documentation is not the responsibility of VoyagerPath.com.

If there are any changes to the details provided to us by you it is your responsibility to inform VoyagerPath.com of all amendments through your Personal Folder on our website or by contacting our Customer Services by phone or feedback form as soon as possible.

Currency Policy

All hotel rates in VoyagerPath.com are given with reference to currency policy of each hotel. Currency rates are based on various publicly available sources and should be used as guidelines only. VoyagerPath.com do not guarantee the accuracy of the rates stated on the website, actual rates may vary. Currency quotes are not updated every day. The actual rates used are those as stated at the time of your reservation while the current rate may be used when debiting your card. All hotel prices may be subject to currency fluctuations.

Check the date on the Currency Converter for the day that currency was last updated. Neither VoyagerPath.com nor its Partners warrant or guarantee the accuracy of any such information. You may not use this information for any purpose other than personal use and hereby VoyagerPath.com prohibit, to the maximum extent allowable the resale, redistribution, and use of this information for any commercial or illegal purposes.

Provided Information Security and Privacy Policy

To protect and keep information provided by our Customers safe and ensure the privacy of without limitation any personal data, credit card info or booking form we use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol, serving to move Customer information over the web in a secure manner. No Customer information may be used or read as it is transmitted over the Internet. It also may not be left encrypted on any server site or sent through the services of Internet email.

We also ensure our Customers that there is no unauthorized access to our systems without limitation as to Customer Interface, as to our Server database.

VoyagerPath.com may be required by law to disclose information our Customers provide in obtaining our travel products or services.

VoyagerPath.com may also disclose information against someone who poses a threat to interests of VoyagerPath.com (such as customer fraud) or whose activities could bring harm to others. In addition, it may be necessary for VoyagerPath.com to provide Customer information to third parties, such as credit card companies, for the purpose of resolving disputes that arise in the normal course of business.

In purposes of credit card security of our Customers all our Customers must enter their credit card information in process of creating each perticular booking

VoyagerPath.com do not collect the following Personal information:

• Cardholder’s Name
• Credit Card Number
• Credit Card Type
• Credit Card Expiration Date
• Credit card Verification Number

Payment Policy

All prices represented on VoyagerPath.com are in Euro by default unless otherwise specified. Upon your intention you can also use our Currency Converter to see prices in U.S. Dollars or Pounds Sterling.

By submitting the payment form on VoyagerPath.com the Customer agrees that all taxes, charges, surcharges or other fees if any will automatically be charged to the credit card submitted by the Customer. Such amounts will be reflected on VoyagerPath.com. You accept it, that your credit card will be charged for the full cost of your reservation.

The cost of your hotel booking is the total of:

The indicated room rate multiplied by the number of nights in your reservation; An additional amount for the tax recovery charges, any possible extra charges or charges additionally specified by the preferred hotel. All amounts charged from your credit card and stated as taxes are paid by VoyagerPath.com to its vendors, i.e. hotels. However you may be charged directly at the hotel for any additional and payable services, e.g. parking fees, room services, mini-bar and any incidental charges stated by the hotel usually on Check-out.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and defend VoyagerPath.com, its Service Suppliers and Partners with their affiliates and any of VoyagerPath.com’s or its affiliates’ officers, directors, employees, agents, successors and assigns, harmless from and against any liability, claim, loss, expense, cause of action or demand, including without limitation reasonable legal and accounting fees, in excess of the liability described above, in any action filed or commenced by any third party against VoyagerPath.com as a result of:

• Your breach of these Terms and Conditions;
• Your violation of any law of the rights of a third party;
• Your use of VoyagerPath.com.

 

Subscription to VoyagerPath.com Newsletter Policy

All VoyagerPath.com Customers have the option of unsubscribing of receiving further information from the website.

By no means shall we send you e-mails which you do not want to receive.

To the extend that VoyagerPath.com may need to contact you, you agree that we may do so via E-mail address you provided to VoyagerPath.com

Customer Suggestions, Feedbacks and Comments on VoyagerPath.com

All Customer suggestions, feedbacks and comments shall become and remain exclusive property of VoyagerPath.com. They may be used without prior consent of the Customers by VoyagerPath.com for any purposes and no compensation for information granted to VoyagerPath.com shall be made either to the comment author or to any third parties on his behalf.

VoyagerPath.com do not bear responsibility for content of any Website/ Websites which VoyagerPath.com is linked to. The accuracy and completeness of such Websites or any virus protection is not guaranteed by VoyagerPath.com. All Customers of VoyagerPath.com accept and agree with:

VoyagerPath.com reserve the right to cancel any bookings if payment is declined or incorrect cardholder details and billing information have been provided to VoyagerPath.com

From time to time, special offers and promotions become available. As such, VoyagerPath.com will provide you with the opportunity of participating in such special promotions via the obtainment of promotional materials from us, or our Providers.

This Customer Agreement (and any other Terms and Conditions referred herein) constitutes the entire agreement between VoyagerPath.com, its Partners and Customer, and supercedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, warranties in respect of the website, its content or any products or services provided by or through the content, and the subject matter of this Customer Agreement.

You agree that no joint venture, partnership, employment or agency relationship will be created as a result of this Customer Agreement or use of VoyagerPath.com.

VoyagerPath.com’s representation of this Agreement is subject to existing laws and legal process, and nothing contained in this Agreement is in derogation of VoyagerPath.com’s right to comply with law enforcement requests or requirements relating to Customers’ use of this website or information provided to or gathered by VoyagerPath.com with respect to such use.

If any part of this Customer Agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable pursuant to applicable law including, but not limited to, the warranty disclaimers and liability limitations set forth above, then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision and the remainder of this Customer Agreement shall continue in effect.

A printed version of this Customer Agreement and of any notice given in electronic form shall be admissible in judicial or administrative proceedings based upon or relating to this Customer Agreement to the same extent and subject to the same conditions as other business documents and records originally generated and maintained in printed form.

Fictitious names of companies, products, people, characters, and/or data mentioned herein are not intended to represent any real individual, company, product, or event. Any rights not expressly granted herein are reserved.
